Hand Reflexology—On Its Own or Together With Traditional Reflexology

Mixing hand reflexology with traditional foot reflexology is like giving your body a full tune-up. It helps you relax all over, making you feel more balanced and energetic. Ask me about a combined treatment!

Hand Reflexology Because of Medical Conditions

Hand reflexology is perfect if you have medical conditions like diabetes, varicose veins, sores on your feet, or an infection. My gentle hand-only treatment helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and boost your mood… All without touching your feet.

Hand Reflexology After Foot Surgery

You don’t have to say no to relaxation if you’ve had foot surgery! I offer gentle hand reflexology that respects your healing. When we do a hand treatment, you get to enjoy the benefits of reflexology without compromising your recovery.

Hand Reflexology for Sensitive Feet

I completely understand if your feet are ticklish or you don’t like them being touched. That’s why I started to offer hand reflexology in the first place. Now you can reduce stress and restore your body’s balance, too—and you get to keep your shoes on!

Frequently Asked Questions About Hand Reflexology

  • Yes. Your hands have the same reflex points as your feet, so the benefits are the same: relaxation, better sleep, less stress, and a general sense of balance. Some people prefer hand reflexology because it feels more familiar and less vulnerable (or less uncomfortabvle) than having someone work on their feet.

  • Hand reflexology is a good fit if you have ticklish or sensitive feet, a foot injury, diabetes-related foot concerns, or if you just feel more comfortable keeping your shoes on.

It also works well for anyone recovering from surgery or dealing with a condition that makes it uncomfortable for me to work on your feet.

  • Reflexology isn't a treatment for these conditions. Many clients find that hand reflexology eases tension and gets the circulation moving in the hands. So hand reflexology provides the kind of general relaxation that helps with overall wellness.

For anything specific, please check in with your healthcare provider.

  • About 60 minutes, which is the same as foot reflexology. That's enough time to work through all the reflex points on both hands.
