Reflexology for Cambridge, Ontario
Looking for a Registered Reflexologist near Cambridge? I’m Jen Wrixon, RRPr, based in Guelph, an easy drive from Cambridge.
I’d love to help you use reflexology to lower your stress, ease tension in your body, and feel more like yourself again.
Cambridge loves Guelph Reflexology, Too!
I’m not in Cambridge. I'm about 20 minutes away at 15 Surrey St W in Guelph.
But plenty of my clients happily make the trip from Galt, Preston, and Hespeler, because they feel that seeing a dedicated Registered Reflexologist is worth a few minutes’ drive.
If you’ve been searching for reflexology in Cambridge but you haven’t found the right fit, I’d be glad to help.
Why see a Registered Reflexologist?
When you see “RRPr” after my name, that RRPr stands for Registered Reflexology Practitioner. That designation means I’m certified by the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO) and a registered member in good standing, with training that started back in 2005.
Reflexology is my whole focus and my full-time practice.
What reflexology can do for you
Reflexology is a gentle, natural, non-invasive therapy that people have practiced since at least 2330 BC. As a reflexologist, I apply careful pressure to specific points on your feet (or hands) that correspond to the systems of your body, helping you relax and encouraging your body to find its own balance and heal.
Clients come to me hoping for:
Less stress
Relief from pain
Improved digestion
Better circulation
Lower anxiety
Better sleep
Immune support
Overall well-being
Many clients also tell me they simply feel calm and enjoy better health in a general sense.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It works alongside your regular healthcare, not instead of it. I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you'd like the full picture of how it works, my complete guide walks you through it. Learn more about reflexology.
Guelph Reflexology Services
Some extended health plans in Ontario cover reflexology when it's provided by a Registered Reflexology Practitioner. I provide detailed receipts after every session showing my name, RRPr designation, and RRCO registration number, everything your insurer typically needs for a claim. Coverage varies by plan, so check with your provider for the most current information.
-
My signature treatment. Sixty minutes of targeted pressure on the reflexes of your feet to support your whole body.
-
The same relaxing benefits without taking your shoes off. A good fit for sensitive feet, foot conditions, or if you’d simply rather have me work on your hands.
-
Gentle, adapted sessions for expectant mothers, new moms, and mamas with little ones.
What to expect on your first visit
Your first appointment runs 75 minutes so we have time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your health, your goals, and what's going on in your life.
Then you’ll relax on a comfortable table while I work on one foot at a time. The other stays warm in a towel. You stay fully clothed (just shoes and socks off for foot reflexology).
Most people sink into deep relaxation, and some fall asleep, which I take as the best compliment you can give me.

“I have had reflexology in the past, but I can say that no one has been so knowledgeable and intuitive as Jen is. She was very professional, kind, and helpful in my journey to better health and wellness. I will definitely be seeing her again and would highly recommend her if you’re looking for alternatives to modern medicine or in conjunction with another treatment.”

Questions Cambridge clients ask me
-
Reflexology works on a simple principle. Areas on your feet and hands, called reflexes, correspond to your organs, glands, and body parts.
When I apply pressure to these areas, your parasympathetic nervous system switches on. That’s your “rest and digest” mode, where your body can heal.
Treatment also supports homeostasis, your body’s natural state of balance. It improves the circulation of blood, lymph, and nerves. That helps deliver oxygen to your cells and flush out toxins.
Reflexology also treats the whole person rather than one symptom at a time.
-
No, they’re different practices, but they complement each other nicely.
A massage therapist works on muscles and soft tissue across your whole body.
In my practice, I work only on your feet and hands. From there, reflex points connect to your organs, glands, and other body parts.
-
Every treatment is a unique experience, and every body responds in its own way. That said, clients often report benefits like better sleep, since reflexology can help regulate sleep cycles. Many find relief from headaches, migraines, and muscle tension. Others notice an improvement in digestion, because treatment can gently stimulate the digestive tract.
Most people simply leave feeling calm and lighter. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that supports your well-being alongside your regular healthcare. Results vary from person to person.
-
That depends on your goals. Treatment plans vary from weekly sessions to monthly visits for general maintenance and relaxation. We’ll find a schedule that fits your life and supports better health over the long term.
Canceling an appointment? Please give me 24 hours’ notice so I won’t have to charge you the full fee.
-
Yes! A gift certificate for a reflexology treatment makes a thoughtful present. It’s a deeply relaxing experience for new parents, busy professionals, or anyone on a path back to feeling like themselves. Just ask when you book.
-
Yes, if you want me to. I trained as a Certified Aromatherapist early in my career, and essential oils are still a cherished part of my life.
You’ll find them in my lotions and diffuser blends, and they can be used to deepen your relaxation.
They’re always optional, so let me know whether you’re sensitive to scents or you’d like to use some in your treatment.
